This role has a particular emphasis on Funds Finance, including NAV, Subscription Line, and Fee-based lending structures, with exposure to Structured Finance and Block Discounting.

This is a high-profile position with delegated lending authority, offering the opportunity to shape credit policy, oversee portfolio risk, and work closely with senior leadership across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, approve, and challenge complex credit proposals in the Wholesale sector.
• Provide risk insights and guidance to underwriting and relationship teams.
• Draft and present credit papers to senior-level credit committees.
• Lead monitoring and reporting of counterparty and portfolio-level credit risks.
• Contribute to credit risk frameworks, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
