Job summary

Harnham is seeking a commercially minded professional to lead innovative lending initiatives within a growth-focused FinTech. You will own the end-to-end development of new lending capabilities, balancing growth and risk while driving measurable commercial value.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will work across Product, Finance, Operations and Credit to design, implement and launch new propositions and pricing strategies that shape the company’s future direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech lending or credit risk.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience launching new lending products or strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset balancing growth and risk.

Responsibilities

• Developing new lending propositions, products and customer strategies.
• Identifying opportunities across new distribution channels and customer segments.
• Building initiatives focused on customer retention, cross-sell and re-lending.
• Designing and implementing new credit capabilities and strategies.
• Taking ownership of projects from idea generation through to launch and BAU handover.
• Evaluating pricing, credit and commercial trade-offs to support growth.
• Conducting analysis and building business cases to support decision-making.
• Working with Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations and Credit teams to deliver change.
• Challenging existing approaches and introducing innovative ways of working.
