Purpose: The Credit Research Function (CRF) supports Just's strategic objectives by managing public bonds and onboarding external asset managers, providing fundamental credit expertise across assets.

Responsibilities:

1. Ownership of issuer coverage, monitoring, and making investment recommendations.
2. Initiating coverage on new issuers and sector specialization.
3. Collaborating with the investment team on trading opportunities and portfolio management.
4. Participating in projects and maintaining relationships across departments.
5. Mentoring junior analysts and leading MI production to ensure high-quality outputs.

Experience: Background in Credit Research within Financial Institutions, experience in sell/buy-side roles, and strong fundamental analysis skills are required.
