Job summary

Arbuthnot Latham in Greater London is seeking a Credit Operations professional to support the end-to-end lending process, from pre-drawdown to documentation, monitoring and recovery. You will prepare facility letters, review ESIS for Regulated Mortgage Contracts, maintain credit limits and liaise with solicitors and valuers, contributing to compliant, customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Good banking background with emphasis on Credit.
• Detailed knowledge around all areas of Lending.
• Experience with High Net Worth clients.
• Working knowledge of CCA and MCOB rules.
• Multi-tasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Completion of Pre-Drawdown formalities including assessing and validating valuation reports.
• Preparation of Facility Letters for all lending facilities ensuring proper documentation to protect the Bank.
• Review of ESIS documents for Regulated Mortgage Contracts.
• Provide oversight and sign off in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain, input and renew Credit limits.
• Prepare Instruction letters to Solicitors and Valuers.
• Liaising with Solicitors and Valuers as appropriate.
• Preparation of Legal Charges.
• Assist with the completion of required returns to the FCA.
• Assist with Credit queries and solutions.
• Build and monitor stakeholder relationships for quality service.
• Involvement with project work as opportunities arise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Credit Operations.
