What does the role involve?

Reporting into the Senior Credit Manager, you will be responsible for underwriting varied proposals that include hard, soft and semi-secure assets within our commercial channels. Please note, this is a hybrid role with office attendance required 3 days per week in our Staines office.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include

Underwrite on both new and existing complex deals with values of up to and beyond £750k
Ensure that the business mitigates all relevant risk by maintaining effective compliance control, procedures and policies
Build long term effective relationships with our customers by upholding a strong level of customer service and collaborating with the sales team to understand the needs of the customer
Proactively look for ways to improve or build on internal procedures

What are we looking for?

You will be analytical, organised and have excellent communication skills. You will be able to effectively underwrite deals in line with your targets whilst maintaining a strong level of care towards their customers.

Also, We're Looking For The Following

Knowledge asset finance or similar working environment
Track record of underwriting on commercial deals
Excellent financial analysis skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
