Job description

Senior Creative Strategist, Central London (Hybrid Working) – £50-60K dependent on experience.

This agency are brilliant at what they do, and work on feel good campaigns for a wide range of clients. The Senior Creative Strategist we’re looking for will be someone who can effectively take client needs and turn them into a creative brief which the agency can work on.

As Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll be fundamental to this agency and the campaigns they work on. You’ll be working with clients to get to grips with what they need, and how to achieve it. This Senior Creative Strategist will be working on insight gathering, brief-writing and briefing, working alongside creatives and helping to put together ideas for the client which will work to meet their objectives.

We want to hear from a Senior Creative Strategist who is at the top of their game at the moment, and able to kick on quickly within a new role. You’ll be working to create audience segmentation and personas to allow more targeted campaigns, selecting the right channels to use and reviewing creative work to ensure it supports the strategy established with the client.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for as Senior Creative Strategist:

  • Market Mavericks: Dive deep into the market's pulse, spot trends, and harness audience truths to steer our strategic ship.

  • Strategy Sculptors: Carve out inventive strategies that make our clients famous, and deliver to their audience’s desires.

  • Creative Collaborators: Become best mates with our creatives, ensuring the spark of strategy ignites the flames of groundbreaking campaigns.

  • Client Charmers: Don't just present – captivate. Make clients believers in our strategic magic..

  • Campaign Custodians: Keep a vigilant eye, tuning and tweaking campaigns, ensuring they always hit the sweet spot.

  • Team Trailblazers: Guide our budding strategists, while riffing with the seasoned ones, pushing our strategy game to new levels.


This Senior Creative Strategist will be a:

  • Channel Chameleon: Your fluency spans the spectrum of marketing channels. Whether it's digital, traditional, or the latest trend, your brilliance shines consistently across all.

  • Behavioural Buff: Behavioural science is the glue that holds our cross-channel approach together, so you’ll have an understanding or techniques, methodologies and principles

  • Agency Alchemy: You've made strategic magic for 3-5 years somewhere else, ideally pick-ing up a few behavioural science tricks along the way

  • Data Daredevil: You don't just crunch numbers. You dance with data, interpreting its in-tricate moves and transforming it into actionable tales.

  • Communication Conductor: Your presentation and communication game is unparalleled. You don't just talk; you captivate.

  • Tool Titan: You wield the latest research and analytics tools like a maestro, drawing sym-phonies of insights from them. TGI gets extra points!
