Job summary

VodafoneThree, the in-house creative agency, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex creative projects and campaigns across a portfolio of brands in London. You will translate briefs into structured plans, align cross-functional teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards.

In a fast-paced, matrixed environment, you will balance priorities, manage delivery risk and maintain stakeholder confidence.

Qualifications

Significant project management experience within an in-house creative or agency environment.
Proven ability to manage complex portfolios across multiple brands, stakeholders and channels.
Strong track record delivering integrated creative work from brief to completion, within tight deadlines.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners across brand, digital, CRM and campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of creative projects and campaigns from brief to delivery.
Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and pace within timelines and budgets.
Develop clear project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, copy, design, production, studio, digital and marketing.
Ensure projects are properly scoped with deliverables, timelines, risks and approvals from the outset.
Drive governance through status tracking, meetings, actions, and escalation when required.
