The role steward briefs, coordinates across creative, production, strategy and project management, and supports junior team members while maintaining proactive, clear communication and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years’ experience in an account management role within a creative, integrated or in-house agency environment.
• Ability to independently manage multi-channel project delivery from brief to completion.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to manage mid-level relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Emerging commercial awareness, with understanding of budgets and project scope.
• Experience guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end workflow of assigned multi-channel projects, building timing plans, tracking dependencies and keeping all workstreams moving on time, on brief and on budget.
• Manages day-to-day relationships with client contacts at a mid-level, building genuine trust through reliable communication and proactive problem identification.
• Receives briefs from stakeholders and stress-tests them before they reach the creative team, sharpening objectives and ensuring briefs are commercially grounded.
• Acts as central coordination point across creative, production, strategy and project management on assigned projects.
• Spots delivery risks and client issues early, proposing solutions and communicating them to the SAD or account lead.
• Provides day-to-day guidance to AM’s and JAM’s on shared projects, reviewing work and sharing process knowledge.
• Produces accurate, well-structured status updates, meeting notes and project reports to keep clients and internal teams informed.
