Job summary

Acrylicize is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex creative projects from briefing through to installation and aftercare. You will work with clients, designers, suppliers and the internal studio to ensure delivery on time and to a high standard.

You will manage budgets, resources and production methods while mentoring junior team members. Hybrid working with studio days Tuesday-Thursday support the busy project calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in the design industry across scales.
• Experience handling client accounts and direct client communication.
• Prior project management experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients from briefing to installation and aftercare.
• Lead client meetings, manage expectations and provide updates.
• Develop programmes, milestones and delivery plans.
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate site visits, installations, snagging and close-out.
