Deliveroo's London team seeks a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-volume creative briefs across growth marketing and multi-channel campaigns, including AV and TVC. This hybrid role is three days a week at our London HQ, focusing on studio operations and process improvements.

You'll manage project plans, timelines and budgets, oversee resource allocation and traffic, build strong cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior PMs and freelancers while

Qualificações

• Significant experience managing end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage resources, capacity planning and traffic for high-volume assets.
• Strong budgeting skills and ability to balance cost with quality.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience guiding and mentoring junior PMs and freelancers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of creative briefs across growth marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop accurate project plans, timelines and milestones while managing budgets and resources.
• Act as primary contact for projects and align internal teams and partner agencies.
• Refine PMO operations, including templates, documentation, and intake workflows.
• Mentor and guide PMs and freelancers, champion process improvements and AI-enabled workflows.
