Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager in London. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week at our HQ and leads end-to-end delivery of creative projects across campaigns, including multi-market work.

You will drive studio operations, manage budgets, and mentor junior PMs and freelancers while advancing AI-enabled production workflows in collaboration with our Creative AI Technologist.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns in-house or at a creative agency.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines for high-volume campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent understanding of creative operations and tooling to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of creative briefs across high-volume growth marketing and multi-market campaigns.
• Develop accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones; manage budgets and resources for seamless delivery.
