Trivandi is in an exciting phase of growth. Over the last year, we’ve doubled our headcount, introduced five new business offerings, increased our revenue by 40%, increased our number of client projects by 40%, entered new sectors and new territories, launched a bold new brand and website, and unveiled our vision to professionalise the industry through education, innovation, research and intelligence.
Trivandi is an ambitious, fast-moving and continually evolving organisation and we are looking for an equally ambitious, adaptable and motivated Creative Designer to lead Trivandi’s design output and raise the bar in the creativity and quality of our marketing and business development materials.
You will play a key role in elevating Trivandi's business development and marketing content by blending 2D and 3D design to create powerful visual experiences. From pitch proposals and presentations to brochures, articles and social content, this role brings ideas to life through immersive design, animation, and high-quality renderings. Working closely with the Creative Strategist, the Creative Designer will help position Trivandi as a leading experience agency by producing stand-out creative work that communicates ideas with clarity, emotion, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Concept and Visual Design
  • Translate creative briefs and business development objectives into high-quality 2D and 3D concepts that bring Trivandi’s ideas to life.
  • Design layouts, moodboards, spatial mockups and visual storytelling assets for use in proposals, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that design outputs are aligned with brand identity and strategic intent.
3D Design, Animation and Visualisation
  • Create 3D models, renders and visualisations for inclusion in pitch materials, proposals and campaigns.
  • Design immersive and animated content (e.g. flythroughs, motion graphics, animated storytelling) to enhance proposal storytelling.
  • Support experimentation with emerging formats and technologies including AR, AI and real-time visualisation.
Graphic and Marketing Design
  • Contribute to the development of branded templates, brochures, reports, infographics and social media assets.
  • Work across a range of visual formats to support high-quality marketing outputs in line with campaign goals and brand strategy.
  • Maintain brand consistency and evolve the visual identity across internal and external materials.
Collaboration and Delivery
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist, wider marketing team and bid leads to ensure creative outputs are strategically sound and executed to a high standard.
  • Balance creativity with efficiency to meet fast-paced deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Support the Creative Studio’s culture of innovation, collaboration and design excellence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Personal Skills and Experience
The key knowledge, experience, and qualifications we are looking for include:
  • 5+ years’ experience in experiential, environmental, or 3D design — ideally within events, brand experience, or live entertainment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to bring spaces, ideas and stories to life through compelling 2D and 3D design.
  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, layouts, renders, and animations using tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Rhino or similar.
  • Experience developing high-quality still and motion visualisations, from concept sketches to polished CGIs and walkthroughs.
  • Comfortable combining brand, spatial and experiential thinking — able to create designs that both look great and work practically.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) and familiar with tools for real-time visualisation and prototyping.
  • Able to work across formats — from pitch decks and brochures to immersive presentations and marketing visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines and input from different teams.
  • Experience working across UK, MENA and international markets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools, and a proactive mindset toward integrating AI into daily workflows to enhance productivity and creativity.
