You’ll have 5+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, accessories, luxury, beauty or another creatively led consumer brand. Your portfolio demonstrates a strong visual point of view and real breadth across digital and print. You're someone who can take a brief and elevate it — bringing ideas, challenging where appropriate and finding creative ways to make the work better. You’ll take projects from initial idea through to finished execution, ensuring the work is creatively strong, commercially relevant and delivered to a high standard.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and evolve OSPREY LONDON's visual identity, ensuring the brand feels consistent, premium and relevant across every customer touchpoint.
You’ll contribute ideas across campaigns, content, retail and seasonal storytelling, while staying close to fashion, retail, design and competitor activity and bringing fresh creative thinking back into the business.
You’ll own the day-to-day running of the design studio, managing incoming briefs, balancing priorities and ensuring work moves through the studio at the right pace.
You’ll line manage and mentor our Junior Designer, briefing work clearly, reviewing their output and helping them develop their creative confidence and technical skills.
This is still very much a hands‑on design role: you’ll lead by doing.
You’ll work directly with stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, Buying, Wholesale and Retail, turning briefs and sometimes half-formed ideas into thoughtful, practical creative solutions.
You’ll confidently present concepts and explain the thinking behind them, while remaining collaborative and open to feedback.
You’ll also work with photographers, printers, packaging manufacturers and other creative suppliers, ensuring final output meets our standards for quality, brand and cost.
You’ll help maintain excellent studio standards across artwork, retouching, print production, photography sign-off, asset management, filing and brand consistency.
