Job summary

OSPREY LONDON, a British heritage leather goods brand, is seeking a Junior Creative for its in-house design studio. Based at our head office in Great Gaddesden with the distribution centre in Hemel Hempstead, you will lead daily creative across email, social and print, while supporting campaigns, packaging and wholesale projects.

You’ll have 1–3 years in graphic design, a strong eye for typography and layout, and hands-on experience with print and digital media.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in graphic design, with fashion/retail exposure.
• Strong typography, composition and layout.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Great eye for photography, color and storytelling.
• Ability to work at pace across multiple briefs.
• Comfort with feedback and taking creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality creative across campaigns, web, email, social, packaging and wholesale assets.
• Adapt ideas from briefs across channels and gradually own more projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints per guidelines.
• Edit photography and video into assets for social and digital channels.
• Prepare artwork for print and coordinate with printers and suppliers.
