Job summary

Civica Election Services in London seeks a Senior CPS Engineer to contribute to the Civica Polling Station application. You will help design, implement and maintain election-related software for public sector customers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide 3rd line support, and travel to London at least once a month to align on-site with stakeholders and delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in .Net Core and C#.
• Experience with ASP.Net MVC and Web Services.
• Strong SQL Server and database skills.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit/NUnit/MSTest).
• Ability to design, implement and test software solutions.
• Effective communicator and capable of mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Analyse new requirements and provide impact analysis addressing technical design and identifying tasks.
• Architect, design and implement solutions to meet requirements.
• Design and code new functionality and ensure proper documentation.
