Qualifications

• Experience with young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent classroom management and confidence taking control of challenging classes.
• Proven ability to manage misbehaviour firmly, calmly and consistently.
• Confidence implementing and following school behaviour and discipline policies.
• Resilience and strength of character to maintain clear boundaries and high expectations.
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
