Job summary

ClarusONE Sourcing Services LLP in London seeks a Senior Counsel (FTC) to support business teams on generics procurement in the US market. Qualifications

• UK solicitor or barrister with at least 3 years PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• In-house or law firm experience in a corporate/commercial setting.
• Experience in healthcare regulatory environment; pharmaceutical procurement preferred.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to ClarusONE’s business teams in London.
• Draft and review contracts, amendments and standard terms for generics procurement; advise on contract standards.
• Negotiate with generic pharmaceutical suppliers and manage related agreements and IT/vendor/licence contracts.
• Identify risks with business teams and management; suggest mitigations.
• Develop and implement compliant policies and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver training on legal/compliance topics relevant to ClarusONE and Members.
• Collaborate with internal counsels and senior leaders on projects and policy developments.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting the JV, including US pharma.
• Identify opportunities for process and automation improvements.
