Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years post-qualification experience in corporate in-house employment matters and private practice.
• Strong employment and executive contract drafting skills.
• Experience handling restrictive covenants, team moves and employment litigation.
• Fluent in business English; other languages are a bonus.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for legal issues and disputes arising from partner hires and team moves.
• Advise business units, EMEA MD Partnership Office and EMEA People Organisation on senior employee matters.
• Work on senior employee contracts and executive compensation matters.
• Provide practical training for risk avoidance and best practices.
• Manage disputes and litigation across EMEA with GC Office and external counsel.
• Manage litigation documents and external counsel relationships.
• Escalate key matters to the leadership of the firm's General Counsel Office.
