Cohere in London, United Kingdom (Remote-flexible) seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial Technology to lead and support the company's complex technology contracts and cross-border deals. You will work closely with go-to-market, product, and compliance teams to scale Cohere's enterprise AI deployments globally.

The role requires 7+ years in private practice or in-house, with demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating MSAs and SOWs, and guiding AI regulatory considerations.

The successful candidate will lead and support Cohere with all commercial technology matters, including structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial arrangements. This role partners closely with go-to-market, product, and compliance teams to shape and scale Cohere's deployment of B2B enterprise AI solutions globally.Key Responsibilities:
