Taylor Root is recruiting a Legal Counsel for a fast-scaling AI SaaS business in London. The role builds the in-house legal function from the ground up and focuses on commercial matters, data protection, security compliance, and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will lead negotiations on MSAs, DPAs and NDAs, manage employment, IP and regulatory issues, and act as a practical business enabler during growth toward Series B, with a hybrid London work arrangement.
