Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is desirable.
• NEC contract experience is desirable.
• Healthcare sector experience is required.
• Strong cost estimating and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Directors in delivering objectives and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver cost management outputs meeting customer requirements.
• Prepare tender documents and manage tender processes.
• Value completed work and arrange payments; settle final accounts.
• Mentor and coach colleagues; drive business growth.
