Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited seeks a Senior Cost Engineer (PMO Cost Specialist - Advanced) to independently manage budgeting, cost control and financial oversight across complex P3M environments. You will define project scopes and budgets, monitor forecasts and actual costs, and lead change management and benefits realization.

Ideal candidates will have advanced cost management techniques, Earned Value Management proficiency, and strong quantity surveying background, with extensive SAP

Qualifications

• Must have budgeting and cost control experience in complex environments.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and cost reporting.
• Strong estimating and quantity surveying background.
• Experience in quantitative risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project baseline budgets and cost structures (CBS/WBS).
• Monitor accruals, commitments, forecasts and actual costs.
• Manage cost risk budgets and change control processes.
• Oversee financial change management aligning with contracts.
• Prepare internal/external financial performance and cost reports (earned value, variance).
• Coordinate SAP-based cost data, invoices, and payments.
