Qualifications

• Professional qualification through a recognised body (e.g. APM, AACE).
• Proven relevant experience in project management or project controls in construction or consultancy.
• Experience in a regulated infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Support full budget, scope, change control and earned value analysis.
• Coordinate with scheduling, commercial, construction and finance teams.
• Assure monthly cost data and variance analysis.
• Drive forecast and budget accuracy.
• Produce clear cost reports.

• Proven relevant experience in project management or project controls environment in a similar cost role in a construction or consultancy background.
• Experience in a regulated infrastructure sector.
