Job summary

PWHytek Ltd in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller to support a major nuclear project that runs through Feb 2027. The role involves SAP-driven cost control, labour costing, procurement and month-end reporting, with 2–3 days on site at Burghfield and the rest remote.

You will collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management to manage cost codes, GRNs, invoices and POs, delivering accurate weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Cost Controller or Senior Cost Controller role.
• Strong SAP knowledge and experience within project-based environments.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, utilities or similarly project-based sectors.
• Excellent understanding of labour costing, purchase orders, accruals and month-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and process weekly timesheets and costs within SAP; manage allocations.
• Review and process Goods Received Notes and supplier invoices; raise POs in SAP.
• Produce monthly SAP reports for project phases and departmental cost tracking.
• Deliver month-end labour, per diem and supply chain reporting; support close.
