Job summary

Rullion Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to support major infrastructure and construction projects across the UK. You will monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditures, producing accurate reports to aid decision-making.

Working with project managers, commercial teams and project controls professionals, you will analyse variances and trends, support EVM and drive improvements in cost reporting. A collaborative environment offers growth in project controls expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cost Control or a similar project controls role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cost performance reporting.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditure and forecasts.
• Maintain cost control systems, records and reporting procedures.
• Prepare cost reports, accruals and financial forecasts.
• Analyse cost variances, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance reporting.
• Work closely with project managers, finance and commercial teams.
• Support change control, cost assurance and budget management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost control processes and reporting.
