Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate law matters including start-ups, M&A, private equity, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
• Provide corporate governance advice on directors' conflicts, board composition and shareholder relations.
• Advise on commercial contracts and provide corporate support to other teams.
