Frasia Wright Associates in Edinburgh is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team. The role covers a broad range including incorporations, company secretarial services, commercial contracts, and IP protection, with responsibility for managing own clients.

Candidates from 1 year PQE up to partner level who can build a client base and drive business development will fit well; a technically excellent practitioner with strategic client planning is sought.

Formación

• 1 year PQE minimum in corporate law or equivalent.
• Ability to manage own clients and progress to partner.
• Strong business development and client-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle acquisitions and disposals for clients.
• Oversee incorporations, company secretarial services, and business services.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and IP protection/exploitation.
