Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Inverness is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a busy and growing team. You will work on a broad range of high-value corporate matters, including leading acquisitions, advising on governance, drafting commercial agreements, and developing strategic client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE and a strong background in corporate law, with experience handling cross-border work for a diverse UK and international client base

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Experience leading junior lawyers and managing transactions.
• Counsel to clients on cross-border corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and investment deals.
• Advise on company structure, governance, shareholder arrangements and directors’ duties.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements to support business operations.
• Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base while developing key client relationships.
• Supervise junior lawyers and manage transactions from inception through to completion.
