Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its well-regarded Corporate team. You will manage your own clients and lead transactions at senior associate level.

The role involves advising on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and company sales, with strong emphasis on autonomous handling and delivering commercial solutions for business owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience in corporate transactions in private practice and/or in-house.
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously.
• A client following would be advantageous, though not essential.

This well-known Scottish law firm is recruiting a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate team based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer operating at a senior level who is keen to manage their own clients and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and company sales

Applicants should have at least 7 years' PQE with strong experience in corporate transactions, gained in private practice and/or an in-house environment. Candidates should demonstrate excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, and confidence managing matters autonomously. A client following would be advantageous, though not essential.
