Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Inverness seeks a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team. You will advise a diverse client base from start-ups to large national businesses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

The role requires at least 2 years’ PQE with corporate law and transactional experience, a proactive business development approach, and the ability to manage a varied workload while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years PQE in corporate law.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings or corporate finance.
• Commercially minded and capable of building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate finance transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements and other corporate documentation.
• Providing advice on corporate governance, employee ownership structures and shareholder issues.
• Supporting business development initiatives and working closely with colleagues on multi-disciplinary transactions and projects.
