Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor for a fixed-term contract role based between Surrey and London. You will join a leading, globally integrated Corporate team advising sophisticated clients across sectors including insurance, infrastructure, technology, energy and real estate.

As a senior member, you’ll take ownership of smaller matters and co-lead larger transactions alongside partners, with direct client contact and opportunities to supervise junior lawyers.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll take ownership of smaller matters and workstreams while co-leading larger transactions alongside partners, with direct client contact and opportunities to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
