You’ll advise on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions. Alongside managing quality work for an impressive client base, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, develop and grow an established team in your own image, helping to influence its direction and long-term success.

As a senior member of the department, you’ll enjoy significant autonomy and responsibility, working closely with different teams on key clients and strategic initiatives.
