Senior Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate

Hybrid

£100,000 - £130,000

Senior Corporate Solicitor is required to join a professional services firm on a permanent basis. You will be part of their Corporate team, based in London, with a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working within an established corporate team on corporate, business structuring projects, M&A, and private equity work.
2. Handling high-profile transactional matters, including international reorganizations and intra-group reorganizations.
3. Advising a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to privately owned companies, including LLP conversions, with work being both cross-border and domestic.
4. Managing various M&A transactions on buy-side and sell-side deals.
5. Collaborating with different teams within the business to serve external clients.

Qualifications and experience:

1. Qualified UK solicitor or equivalent, with extensive UK experience.
2. Strong corporate M&A and restructuring expertise.
3. Experience with cross-border transactions is highly desirable.
