Senior Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate

Hybrid

£100,000 - £130,000

Senior Corporate Solicitor is required to join a professional services firm permanently. You will be joining their Corporate team, based in their London office with a hybrid working pattern.

The Senior Corporate Solicitor will have the opportunity to:

1. Work within an established corporate team on corporate and business structuring projects, M&A, and private equity work.
2. Handle high-profile transactional matters, including international reorganization projects and intra-group reorganizations.
3. Serve a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations and privately owned companies to LLP conversions, with cross-border and domestic mergers.
4. Manage various M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side.
5. Collaborate with different teams within the firm to deliver services to external clients.

We seek experienced lawyers with a background in Corporate Law and transactional experience to join this busy, friendly team at the Manager level and support its growth.

As the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor, you will have:

1. UK qualified solicitor or equivalent with extensive UK experience.
2. Technical expertise in Corporate M&A and Restructuring.
3. Experience advising on cross-border matters is highly desirable.
