We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Services Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of Business Continuity across the Morrisons Group – spanning our Head Office, Manufacturing, Logistics and Retail functions.
This role will report into the Group Corporate Services Director and will be accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Business Continuity Management System. You’ll ensure we’re aligned to policy, best practice and international standards – helping us stay resilient and responsive in the face of disruption.
Lead the development and delivery of our Business Continuity roadmap – covering the full lifecycle including governance, business impact analysis, planning, education and awareness, training, testing and maintenance
Work closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business – including at Executive level – to define recovery requirements and contingency strategies for critical operations
Own and improve our Incident Management framework to ensure a consistent, structured approach to significant business interruptions
Provide expert support during incidents – attending meetings, offering communication and reporting guidance, and leading post-incident reviews to capture lessons learned
Partner with key functions to ensure contingency plans are fit for purpose, regularly reviewed and aligned with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
Help simplify and strengthen our approach to managing business interruptions, minimising potential impacts on our people, customers, revenue and reputation
Preferably you will have proven experience in business continuity, risk management or other related disciplines
A strong influencer and relationship-builder, confident working with stakeholders at all levels
A passion for providing great service to internal teams and business partners
Excellent planning and project management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
Confident delivering presentations and training sessions to varied audiences
Analytical and data-savvy, able to interpret complex business and technical requirements
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed
