An established industry player is seeking a Senior Corporate Secretary to enhance corporate governance within health and social care. Grade B: £39,784 (National Framework) or £45,456 (London Framework – if you are London office-based or home-based and live within the boundary of the M25). There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home.
Contracted Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week

Location: Home-based with 1 to 3 days per month at the Stratford office

We're looking for a Senior Corporate Secretary to join our organisation and take ownership of high-level corporate governance responsibilities, while driving strong people management practices. As a Senior Corporate Secretary, you will both deliver and oversee effective and efficient support to CQC’s Board, Executive Team, and their committees. You will provide expert advice on corporate governance matters and line manage the Secretariat team.
This role demands high-level collaboration with senior leaders and board members to ensure the smooth functioning of key governance structures. Your expertise will shape critical decision-making processes and support compliance with regulatory frameworks.
