Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will drive people-management, recruitment, and workforce planning, while monitoring performance and delivering monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a corporate reception or workplace experience environment.
• Experience managing and developing customer-facing teams in a large-scale operation.
• Strong understanding of reception services, visitor management, and client-facing operations.
