Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with partner-level experience in corporate law.
• Proven track record advising on a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Established network of clients or strong appetite to develop one.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Birmingham corporate practice.
• Advise on acquisitions, mergers and disposals.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive business development.
• Support and mentor junior team members and collaborate across the firm.
• Shape strategy and take an entrepreneurial, proactive approach to growth.
