Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Leeds is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with 5–9 years PQE to join our busy corporate team, focusing on M&A, equity capital markets, private equity and group reorganisations.

You will run several deals at once, deliver a high level of client service, coach junior lawyers and collaborate with colleagues across the UK and overseas, with flexible hybrid working and strong training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Around 5 to 9 years PQE in corporate work
• A general M&A skill set
• Cross border or private equity experience is useful but not essential
• Experience supervising junior colleagues

Responsibilities

• Run several deals at once with competing deadlines
• Deliver a high level of client service
• Work with colleagues across other teams and offices, in the UK and overseas
• Coach and supervise junior lawyers
• Take part in business development
