Job summary

Aston Charles Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Client Service Specialist / Corporate Account Handler to join a high-performing team. You will lead the end-to-end servicing of corporate clients, from FTSE100 to private businesses, shaping service plans and securing the best terms for renewals and mid-term amendments.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Directors, develop client materials, and help train colleagues.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the broking landscape and commercial covers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience in a senior client servicing role within an insurance broker.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end servicing of corporate clients.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to deliver the insurance strategy.
• Develop client materials presenting risk profiles and placement strategies.
• Mentor and train less experienced colleagues and act as a technical referral point.
• Identify gaps in cover and opportunities to mitigate through ancillary covers and services.
