Job summary

Aston Charles Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Client Service Specialist / Corporate Account Handler to manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, from FTSE100s to major privately-owned businesses.

You will lead end-to-end servicing, shaping renewal terms and coordinating with Account Executives and Directors to deliver the client’s insurance strategy. You will develop compelling client materials, present risk profiles and placement strategies, and contribute to training and development within

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the broking landscape and commercial covers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience servicing corporate clients and managing large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end servicing of corporate clients, including renewals, new business and mid-term amendments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to implement client insurance strategy and service plans.
• Develop marketing and client materials presenting risk profiles, proposals and placement strategies.
• Mentor or train less-experienced colleagues and act as a technical referral point for the team.
• Coordinate with specialists across the UK and occasionally overseas to maximize solutions for clients.
