Qualifications

• Substantial corporate insolvency experience required.
• Proven track record at Manager/Senior Manager/Director level.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and profitability understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments (liquidations, administrations, recovery).
• Provide technical guidance and case strategy.
• Supervise and develop managers, administrators, and junior staff.
• Review statutory reports and case documentation for quality and compliance.
• Monitor case progression, deadlines, budgets, and fee recovery.
• Build relationships with directors, creditors, solicitors, accountants, and stakeholders.
• Support pre-appointment discussions and assess options.
• Collaborate with Insolvency Practitioners on technical issues.
• Contribute to improvements in procedures and service delivery.
• Support business development through networking and referrals.
