Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Cheltenham - 6+ years PQE

Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid & Flexible)

Type of Role: Full-time

Salary: £75,000 to £95,000

The Role

This Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of work, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Investment and shareholder agreements
  • Joint ventures and corporate reorganisations
  • EMI options and commercial contracts
  • LLPs, partnerships, and articles of association

You'll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic, practical advice, while also contributing to business development and team growth.

Candidate Requirements
  • 6-9 or 10+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial contracts
  • Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and governance
  • Experience advising on LLPs, partnerships, and corporate structures
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role based in Cheltenham, with hybrid working supported. Flexibility is offered to suit role and client needs.
