Responsibilities

• Review, negotiation and drafting of commercial terms/contracts and related agreements.
• Support commercial negotiations across customer and supplier contracts.
• Advise on risks and issues and provide guidance with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver training on legal and contractual risks and issues.
• Update terms, precedents and templates; act as first point of contact for legal queries.
• Collaborate with regional GC or external counsel on issues.
