Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead corporate commercial work across our UK and Irish business. The role requires at least five years PQE and a qualified lawyer in England & Wales, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.

You will review and draft commercial terms, support negotiations with customers and suppliers, and advise on risks with input from other functions. A hybrid working arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with at least five years PQE.
• Strong experience and knowledge of general corporate / commercial contracting principles.
• Understanding of public procurement processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and draft commercial terms, contracts and agreements for business projects.
• Support commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Advise on issues, risks and queries with guidance from insurance/finance functions when needed.
• Deliver training on legal and contractual risks and issues.
