Job summary
Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team, covering corporate commercial work in the UK and Ireland. You must have at least five years PQE as a qualified lawyer.
You will review and draft commercial terms, negotiate contracts, advise on risks, deliver training, and work with internal teams and external counsel. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
Qualifications
- A qualified lawyer with at least five years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of corporate/commercial contracting and procurement advice.
- Experience in UK and Ireland commercial matters preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate and draft commercial terms and contracts.
- Advise on risks and commercial queries with internal and external counsel guidance.
- Deliver training on legal and contractual risks to the business.
- Update templates and precedents to improve processes.
- Act as first point of contact for legal queries for the business.
- Collaborate with regional GC and external counsel on arising issues.
