Senior Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate

Location: Hybrid, Manchester

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

Role Overview

The Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor will be responsible for:

1. Handling high-profile, international M&A transactional cases, including due diligence for buy-side and sell-side matters.
2. Managing technical Corporate Restructuring projects.
3. Collaborating with the Tax team and wider business to build relationships within the organization and with clients.
4. Managing certain matters under the supervision of Corporate partners.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Qualified as a Solicitor in the UK or equivalent, with extensive UK experience.
2. Experience in Corporate M&A and Restructuring.
3. Experience advising multinational corporations on cross-border matters is highly desirable.
4. Approximately 6 years post-qualification experience is preferred, but candidates at all levels will be considered.
