A Professional Services firm is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their reputable Corporate team, based in Manchester with a hybrid working pattern.

The Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor will be required to:

• Handle high-profile, international M&A transactions, including due diligence for buy-side and sell-side cases.
• Manage technical Corporate Restructuring projects.
• Collaborate with the Tax team and other departments to build internal and client relationships.
• Supervise certain matters under the guidance of Corporate partners.

Requirements for the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor:

• Qualified UK Solicitor or equivalent, with extensive UK experience.
• Experience in Corporate M&A and Restructuring.
• Experience advising multinational corporations on cross-border matters is highly desirable.
• Typically 6+ years post-qualification experience, but candidates at all levels will be considered.
