Job summary

Blake Morgan LLP in Cardiff is seeking a Corporate lawyer with circa 6 years' PQE to join our Senior Associate level. You will handle a broad range of corporate transactional matters including M&A, investments, joint ventures, private equity and governance work.

From the outset you will work on challenging technical matters for our established client base, contribute to growth through business development and client relationship management, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• circa 6 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Experience with M&A, investments and joint ventures.
• Ability to develop business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactional matters.
• Supervise junior team members and provide guidance.
• Develop new business and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with Corporate colleagues in London, Thames Valley and Southampton.
