Job summary

Interlink Recruitment is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join a leading national law firm’s corporate team in Manchester. You will advise on a broad range of transactions, including M&A, private equity and restructurings, with international exposure and strong partner support.

The role offers a challenging workload, mentoring opportunities and a hybrid/flexible working pattern. Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE and a proactive, commercially minded approach is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of M&A, private equity and corporate transactions.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on a range of complex transactional documents.
• Manage deals from inception through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout transactions.
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver seamless client service.
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
• Contribute to business development, networking and profile-raising initiatives.

Joining a thriving Manchester team and a wider national corporate practice, you will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• General corporate advisory matters
• Growth capital and investment transactions

The role offers exposure to sophisticated and often international matters, providing a varied and stimulating workload alongside strong partner support and mentoring.
